Return & Shipment Policy

1. Non-returnable items - All about the food products sold by SKB Food Products Pvt. Ltd. are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Quality Assurance - We ensure that all products are checked for quality and properly sealed before dispatch. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged or expired, please refer to our guidelines on defective products below.

3. Defective products - If you receive a damaged or expired product, please contact our customer care service team within 24 hours of receiving the order. You will need to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect. Our team will review the information and, if applicable, provide a replacement for a defective item.

4. Order cancellation - Order once placed cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefolly before completing the purchase.
